SMS Notification Consent

How Emmanuel Pools collects customer consent for text message notifications.

Opt-In Process

During the proposal signing process on our secure customer portal, customers are presented with an optional SMS opt-in section. This section appears alongside the signature form and includes a phone number field and an explicit consent checkbox. SMS consent is entirely optional and is not required to sign the proposal.

Only customers who provide their phone number AND check the opt-in box will receive text messages. Customers can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
