New 10×15 Oval Above-Ground Pool with Inground-Grade Plumbing – Brooklyn, NY

This Brooklyn homeowner needed a fresh start. We removed the damaged above-ground pool and torn liner, then excavated the footprint and built a compacted screened-stone-and-sand base, screeded dead level, before anything else went in.

On that solid foundation we set a new 54-inch galvanized steel oval pool – complete with walls, uprights, top rails, bottom track, stabilizers, and all hardware. A 30-gauge, 15-mil beaded liner with a 20-year manufacturer warranty clips into a full-perimeter bead receiver track, backed by properly formed cove material for edge protection.

Rather than reinstating flex hose, we rebuilt the plumbing to inground grade using Schedule 40 rigid PVC throughout. Double-gasket skimmer and return fittings seal tight, and start-up chemistry had the water balanced from day one.
