Shipping-Container Pool Installation – Kerhonkson, Hudson Valley

A modern shipping-container pool in Kerhonkson, in the Hudson Valley – from site prep to a heated, finished pool.

We formed and poured a reinforced concrete slab with wire mesh as the base, then set the container pool by telehandler. The pool has a glass viewing window and a step entry, with skimmer, returns and a labeled plumbing manifold.

On a separate concrete equipment pad we installed a cartridge filter, a variable-speed pump, a heat pump and a chlorinator, with conduit, a subpanel and brown-painted exposed plumbing to match the house.
