Kidney Pool Renovation with Pavers, Drainage & Lighting – Jamaica Estates, Queens

A complete renovation of a kidney-shaped inground vinyl-liner pool in Jamaica Estates, Queens.

We set new bullnose paver coping, installed a new patterned liner with a mosaic tile border and laid a full gray paver patio. Along the stone retaining wall we installed linear channel drains tied to a dry-well drainage system, so storm water leaves the patio instead of the pool.

The pool has an automatic safety cover track, a stainless entry rail, LED color pool lighting and in-paver deck lights. A new equipment pad carries a Hayward gas heater, sand filter, variable-speed pump and an automation panel on unistrut, plumbed in black Schedule 80.
