Inground Pool Rebuild & New 27 mil Liner – Brooklyn, NY

This 10 × 16 inground vinyl pool in Brooklyn needed more than a new liner. When we drained the pool and pulled the old liner, our inspection found the steel walls in extremely poor condition – heavy rust that had to be addressed before anything else could move forward.

We treated the walls with an anti-rust solution, applied protective anti-rust paint across every affected surface, and installed wall foam over the treated steel. Only then did the project proceed as a sound, long-lasting installation.

The new liner is a custom Merlin 27 mil – Sanibel Tile walls paired with a Highland Beach floor – fabricated to the exact field-measured dimensions of this pool. A new fiberglass step liner-seal kit, full-perimeter liner lock strip, and double-gasket skimmer and return fittings complete a watertight, low-maintenance finish.
