Commercial-Grade Equipment Pad & Hydraulic Plumbing – Woodmere, NY

A complete pool equipment pad and filtration plumbing build in Woodmere, Long Island.

We poured a new concrete pad and set two Hayward gas pool heaters, a large Hayward sand filter with multiport valve and Hayward variable-speed pumps. Everything is tied together with black Schedule 80 manifold plumbing, actuated valves and check valves, with each line labeled – main drain, skimmer, return and heater – so the system is easy to service.

The automation load center is mounted on a unistrut stand beside the pad, with galvanized gas piping to the heaters.
